This class is for experienced students - entry into this class is at the invitation of the Acro Arts Dance Teacher only.

Developing strength and balance with Acro Dance.
Our acrobatic arts classes (acro for short) combine classic dance with acrobatics. Students work on their flexibility, strength and balance and they develop tumbling skills as well as their musicality.
With unique choreography it combines elements of ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, rhythmic gymnastics and hand balancing – to name but a few.
In this class, students also perform conditioning exercises to prepare them for increased difficulty following the Acrobatic Arts syllabus.
Our Acro Dance classes follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus.
